2What method will your company use to clean my carpet?
Our company uses hot water extraction also known as steam cleaning to deep clean your carpet
3How long do I have to wait after cleaning to let my children or pets on the carpet?
The carpet may be walked on with clean feet or shoes immediately after cleaning. However we do recommend limiting activity on the carpet to this foot traffic until it is completely dry
4Is Evolution Carpet Care safe for children and pets
Yes. We do not use any harsh or toxic chemicals. All of our cleaning agents are 100% family and pet safe. Never will we walk into your home or business and use anything that could cause harm.
5Will your hoses damage my walls?
When we come to your home, our last intention is to cause any damage to it. We take precautionary steps to shield your walls from our hoses by placing corner guards on the corners of every wall our hoses pass by. We even protect your floors with mats just to be on the safe side. We will treat your home with the utmost respect.
6Do you vacuum the carpet?
We do not skip any steps. Before we get to the heavy duty cleaning, we vacuum the carpet.
7How often should I vacuum?
We recommend at least once a week you should vacuum to offset dust mites, to prevent matting and to avoid dry soil from building up in your carpet.
8What time will you get here?
At Evolution Carpet Care, we sometimes experience a high volume of clients. With each job being different, we give 2-3 hour time windows for our arrival to your home or business. We will call or text you when we’re on our way.
9Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?
We can move very light furniture and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is complete. We can move furniture such as sofas, chairs, and love seats. For liability reasons, items we cannot move: china cabinets, full bookcases, entertainment and electronic systems of any size, pianos, sofa beds, gym equipment or any other extremely heavy belongings.
